After more than three decades of litigating personal injury and insurance disputes, I have seen the same practical conflict arise in very different types of cases. The governing law may change, but an insurance company may still dispute responsibility, causation, coverage, credibility, or the value of the claim.
That recurring conflict is the framework behind much of my practice: identify the insurance company’s position, develop the evidence and legal response, and determine whether the dispute can be resolved or should move into litigation.
