The Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission, “in concert with Governor Hogan’s recent Executive Orders and Chief Judge Barbera’s Emergency Administrative Order of March 25, 2020, is canceling all dockets that were previously scheduled through May 1.” As Attorney Eric T. Kirk will tell you.

The Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission is Canceling All Dockets Through May 1.

Their offices will remain closed to the public through that date.
The WCC interprets the Governor’s closure order and guidance that Vocational Rehabilitation Services are exempt from the amended order closing all non-essential businesses.
Emergency hearings will be scheduled as needed.
